Minister of Transportation Caroline Mulroney Confirmed for FSC Annual Educational Conference Opening Remarks

The Hon. Caroline Mulroney, Minister of Transportation and Francophone Affairs, has agreed to provide the opening remarks for the 29th Annual Fleet Safety Council Educational Conference. Minister Mulroney is the latest speaker to be added to the upcoming virtual conference scheduled for Friday October 2, 2020.

Hon. Caroline Mulroney

Minister Mulroney was appointed Minister of Transportation in June 2019 and has been focused on getting people where they want to go, when they need to get there. This work includes creating historic partnerships with the City of Toronto and York Region that will support the Province of Ontario’s $28.5 billion investment program in four new priority projects, overseeing an ambitious expansion of the GO rail network, and the development of regional transportation plans across the province.

As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic the FSC Conference Committee made the decision earlier this year to move the event to an online format. Minister Mulroney joins an already announced fantastic line-up of speakers which include:

This years conference is being provided free of charge to all delegates as a thank you to the transportation industry for all that they have done to support the Canadian economy during these challenging times.
