Fleet Safety Council announces full agenda for the 34th Annual Conference

The Fleet Safety Council (FSC) Conference Committee is happy to announce the full agenda for the 34th Annual Educational Conference scheduled for October 24, 2025.


The annual event will be taking place at Millennium Gardens Banquet Centre in Brampton. The one-day educational sessions are preceded by the FSC’s annual networking events taking place on Thursday October 23.


The 34th Annual FSC Educational Conference Registration Opens: Keynote Speaker Announced

Registration is now open for the 34th annual Fleet Safety Educational Conference!

The Fleet Safety Council (FSC) Conference Committee is pleased to announce that they conference will be taking place on Friday October 24th, 2025! The in-person event will once again be taking place at Millennium Gardens Banquet Centre in Brampton. The one-day educational sessions are preceded by the FSC’s annual networking events taking place on Thursday October 23rd.

Keynote Speaker :

The Conference Committee is also pleased to announce this year’s keynote speaker is Shawn Kanugo. Shawn will discuss the concept of trust in today’s uncertain technological world with his presentation titled Friction by Design: Building Trust in the Age of A.I.

The FSC Celebrates 60 Years

On January 26th, 1965 a small group of 7 commercial driver trainers launched what was originally called the Transportation Safety Association Council of Driver Trainers. That day was the beginning of what we now proudly call the Fleet Safety Council (FSC). Starting with the efforts these 7 individuals the FSC has grown to an association of 9 chapters across the Province with over 500 members.

2025 marks the 60th Anniversary of the FSC. To kick-off this milestone year, members from across the Province, including many past members, gathered at the IHSA head office to celebrate the FSC, catch-up, look at some of the memorabilia from our many events and conferences and reminisce while looking at photos.

With over 90 people in attendance the event included short speeches from:

FSC Online Store:

Attendees were also introduced to the new FSC Online Store. Members are now able to order FSC branded merchandise, including clothing, office materials, giveaways and more. The online store will open twice a year starting now with the current launch remaining open until February 28th with orders being fulfilled and sent to the members at their April chapter meetings.
