Fleet Safety Council: Bylaws (2025)
The Fleet Safety Council Bylaws define the governance structure, outlining the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, Corporate Officers, and Chapter Executives. These documents establish member rights and obligations, detailing membership classes (Voting and Non-Voting), associated fees, voting privileges, and the procedures for conducting all chapter and general membership meetings.
FSC Logo and Sponsor Ad Use Policy:
The Fleet Safety Council (FSC) is supported by a large network of industry sponsors and associations. It is through the support of these organizations that the FSC can continue to provide an educational conference and support other industry health and safety initiatives. The FSC Use of Sponsor Logos and Promotional Slide policy is designed to inform our sponsors of the intended use of their logos as well as the expectations for promotional sponsor slides.

FSC Executive Guidelines for Chapters
Each chapter has their own Executive Team that volunteers their time to provide the membership with network support and the sharing of information and resources.
